Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Walterin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and online shop (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Site.

1. Overview

The Site is operated by Walterin ("we", "us", "our"). Throughout these Terms, “you” and “your” refer to customers or visitors of the Site. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Terms of Sale

2.1 Ordering Process

You may place an order by adding products to your online cart and following the checkout steps. Items remain in your cart only for the duration of your browsing session. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you a confirmation email. All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance.

2.2 Pricing and Availability

Prices for our products are displayed on the Site in the applicable currency. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already placed. We strive to keep product information accurate; however, typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or update information at any time.

2.3 Payment Terms

We accept major credit and debit cards, and may offer additional payment methods such as digital wallets or buy-now-pay-later services. All payments are processed through secure payment providers. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and that you authorize us to charge the total amount of your order (including taxes and shipping fees). If your payment method cannot be verified or is invalid, your order may be suspended or cancelled.

2.4 Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders to the countries and regions listed on our checkout page. Shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to high demand, holidays, weather or carrier issues. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

2.5 Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return items within a specified return period (e.g., 30 days) from the delivery date, provided they are unused, in original condition and with all original packaging. Certain products (such as personalized items) may be non-returnable; details are provided in our return policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect returned items.

5. Accuracy of Information

We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images and other information on the Site are accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. If a product offered by us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites that are not owned or controlled by Walterin. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk, and you should review their terms and policies before using them.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Walterin disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site and products sold through the Site, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure. In no event shall Walterin be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the purchase of any products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or purchase of products are governed by the laws of Slovakia and the European Union. If you reside outside Slovakia, other laws may apply depending on your jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, you and Walterin agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve it informally, disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Slovakia.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as limitations of liability and governing law) will remain in effect.
